(Orphan) Alice

Alice the kitten is a real survivor! We know cats are really stoic, but this young girl has not had an easy start, and we're hoping to find an understanding adopter to be her happily ever after. She has been through so much from being trapped at a feral colony, then telling us she was NOT feral, a mouth full of loose, infected baby teeth, eventually having her adult teeth pulled to treat her for Stomatitis, followed by giardia and most recently an allergic reaction that caused her chin and lips to break out. Through it all, Alice has been sweet, loving, and tolerant. Initially, she was very timid and unsure. Now that Alice is healthy and over all that discomfort, she is a whole new kitten. Alice is chatty, playful, and snuggly. Still wary of strangers to start, Alice is looking for a mellow home where she can continue to blossom into the gorgeous, wonderful cat she was meant to be. Alice enjoys the company of other felines and she is learning to live with a respectful dog, but we believe she'd also do well as your only pet with lots of love from her favorite human
