Paws down, the most outgoing and engaging kitten is our dainty Norma Jean. She's a sleek, extra friendly little lady who LOVES attention and she wants to be first in line for all your affection! Bottle-raised kittens are unlike your average cats because they've been raised by humans and they start purring the second you make direct eye contact with them! Great for homes with children, Norma Jean doesn't mind being held like a baby or kissed on the forehead; in fact, that's her love language! She and her sister are the ultimate bottle babies: super snuggly, demanding of attention, and completely unaware of the idea of personal space. Normie and her sisters all love to be held and petted and they all want to be right where you are. Norma Jean cannot stand to see anyone else getting any attention without her. She’s willing to share the spotlight with her cat pals, but you simply cannot pet another cat within Normie’s range of sight and not also pet Normie at the same time. These are not independent cats; they need to go to a household that doesn’t mind a cute, purring feline trying to share your snacks and wrapped around their neck each night!
This kitten is one of those extra special babies - the ones our volunteers have bottle-raised. Kittens raised by humans are extra comfortable around people and love attention. Since they didn't have the opportunity to be raised by a mama cat, they have zero street smarts and we are looking for a family who is committed to keeping them indoors only for life.
