Kuri is a sleek and good-looking gray kitten named after a red squash. Fortunately, he hasn’t taken offense and is a pleasure to have around. Playful and happy, he loves the wand toy, tinfoil balls, and ruckusing with his brothers and sisters. This handsome boy’s coat is also changing as he grows, developing some subtle striping. Like all the other hand raised, bottle fed kittens in the Winter Squash litter, he has excellent litter box habits, isn’t fussy about his food (likes both wet and dry) and is an easy keeper. Kuri will absolutely want another indoor kitty to play with as he grows up and would be happy to go home with Butternut, Delicata, Kabocha or Hubbard if you don't already have a cat buddy at home for him.
This kitten is one of those extra special babies - the ones our volunteers have bottle-raised. Kittens raised by humans are extra comfortable around people, extremely affectionate, and love attention. Since they didn't have the opportunity to be raised by a mama cat, they have zero street smarts and we are looking for a family who is committed to keeping them indoors only for life.
