Cass is relaxed, comfortable and really enjoying being a house cat. Her days are filled with sunbathing, bird watching at the window and playing with her squeaky mouse toy. This friendly 1 year old kitty isn’t a counter surfer, although the dining room table in front of the bay window is one of her favorite spots to sun and watch the birds. Cass like to have her necked scratched and belly rubbed when she is next to you on the couch. She isn't a clingy cat and doesn't need to be on your lap. If you could use a little companionship and aren't up for a pair of rowdy kitten terrorists, consider adopting this fantastic cat. Mama Cass is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated with clean ears and trimmed nails! The ideal home for this kitty is indoor only because she tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). All her kittens tested negative and she shows zero signs of being unwell, but being FIV+ means that if she gets a cut or scrape it's important for her to get prompt veterinary care to make sure she heals well since her immune system is not operating at 100%. She is not sick and may never become ill. It is AOK for her to live with other kitties and nice dogs too since this virus is not something that spreads among friendly pets in the same home.
